Total Repair Cost Simulation Considering Multiple Probabilistic Measures and Service Life

In this study, the total maintenance cost for public houses in South Korea was analyzed, and effect of each repair process on evaluated with probabilistic deterministic methods. method, quality materials construction skills were considered variability extended service life through repair, while method it by simple summation step.
